How do I connect an Apple TV?
Open Pool Hall Master on your iPad, go to Settings > Table Displays, and tap "Pair New Display." Enter the 6-digit code shown on your Apple TV.
How do players join the waitlist from their phone?
Players scan the QR code displayed at your venue or visit your venue's page on phmapp.io. They can join the waitlist, view their position, and get notified when their table is ready.
Can I use Pool Hall Master on multiple iPads?
Yes. Sign in with the same account on any iPad and your data syncs automatically via the cloud. All devices see the same tables, waitlist, and session data in real time.
How do I set up different table rates?
Go to Settings > Tables and tap on a table to configure its rate. You can set per-table hourly rates, flat rates, or create table types with custom pricing rules.
Is my data backed up?
Yes. All data is synced to the cloud in real time. Even if you lose your iPad, sign in on a new device and everything will be restored.
